Breathing for Birth An 8 week small group course exploring breath, nervous system awareness and connection to yourself as you prepare for birth. Together we’ll learn gentle breath practices to help soothe and strengthen your nervous system, support steadiness through changing emotional and physical states and deepen your ability to listen and respond to your body’s needs. This course explores: • breathing responsively • understanding how nervous system states may influence the physiology of birth • staying connected to yourself during your birthing experience • using breath practices to support steadiness and recovery • developing confidence in your own ability to listen to your body Held in Bungay £150 for 8 weeks Please get in contact for more information or to book a place.
